Exchanges and Return

 

Exchange & returns are Easy

Silk Ilk accepts returns and exchanges if you contact us within 60 days of delivery date. To arrange a return please email us at silk@silkilk.com and include you order number.

We do all the work

Once we hear from you we will do all the work.  We will contact you to arrange collection of your exchange or return.  We will organise collection from the delivery address or alternate address such as home or work.

We offer refunds, store credits or gift cards

For returns we will organise the refund or we may offer store credit, an exchange or gift card if you prefer. Where store credits or gift cards are offered instead of a refund or exchange, the store credit or gift card will be 110% of the purchase price of the item.

No cost to you

Returns are at no cost to you except if you purchase a sale item and you want to return it, then you will be required to pay the shipping costs for the return.

Conditions

Refunds, exchanges, store credit and gift cards are offered on the condition that the item when inspected on return has not been worn, washed, soiled, modified or damaged.

Personal Information

Through this process, you may be required to disclose personal information for example your address or an alternate address for collection of a return or repair, your contact details to receive information and your financial information for processing refunds.
